Terms and Conditions

These terms outline the expectations for coaching sessions, payments, cancellations, and refunds. By booking services through Reveal You Life Coaching, you agree to the policies below.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom or by phone, as selected at the time of booking. Options include individual sessions (Sprout or Seedling) and multi-session coaching packages (Rooted Growth, Bloom & Thrive, and Cultivate & Commit).

Clients must complete payment before scheduling sessions. Payment links and confirmation instructions will be provided after booking.

• Single sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Packages require a 50% deposit to reserve. The remaining balance is due before the third session.
• Payment is accepted via GoDaddy’s secure checkout system.

A missed session is when a client does not attend a scheduled coaching session without notice or a valid reason. A canceled session is when a client gives advance notice that they cannot attend.

• Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
• If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will make every effort to reschedule, but a makeup session is not guaranteed.
• Missed sessions without prior communication are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• If I need to cancel a session, I will provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible and will make every effort to reschedule at your convenience.

Missed sessions can impact the progress of your coaching plan, so I encourage you to attend all scheduled sessions whenever possible.

• Single sessions are non-refundable once booked but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Packages:
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your package. The remaining balance is due before your third session.
  • If a package is terminated early by the client, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the coach’s discretion, based on the number of completed sessions and any discounts applied.
  • If a client cancels a package at least 24 hours before the first session, a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be provided.
  • Missed or unused sessions within a package are non-refundable.

Clients are encouraged to:

• Arrive on time and distraction-free
• Engage with honesty and openness
• Communicate clearly about scheduling needs or changes
